Alyrea
Terms
A practical outline for beta terms—not a substitute for launch-market legal review.
A beta, for now
Alyrea is pre-release software. Features, data formats, names, and availability may change, and beta builds may contain defects. Keep an export of anything you cannot afford to reconstruct.
A tool, not financial advice
Alyrea helps organize information and run calculations from the data you provide. It is not a bank, accountant, financial adviser, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser, and it does not guarantee a financial outcome. You remain responsible for checking entries and deciding what to do.
Ori can be wrong
Ori may misunderstand a request or produce an incomplete answer. Review its explanation and every proposed change before relying on it. Provider availability and quality can also vary by device, model, and service.
Reasonable use
Use Alyrea only for lawful personal or household purposes. Do not probe, disrupt, automate abuse against, or attempt unauthorized access to the app, beta services, or other people’s data.
Alyrea Pro is not for sale yet
The Pro section measures interest in a possible future one-time upgrade. It is not an offer, purchase, reservation, price promise, or guarantee that every described Pro capability will ship. Purchase and refund terms belong here only when a paid product exists.
What the final terms still need
Before release, add the responsible legal person or entity, age and territory rules, license language, suspension and termination terms, support commitments, warranty and liability language, dispute process, governing law, and an effective date. Those choices depend on who publishes the app and where it launches.
